New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (from June 27) follows:

Apex Legends and Twitch Prime partnered together to release a Twitch Prime pack in February. It was done by Respawn Entertainment to gain the attention of Twitch Prime users of Apex Legends and to rank top on Twitch charts.

Twitch Prime Pack was only available to Twitch Prime subscribers although many users found an exploit which was later corrected by Respawn Entertainment. Twitch Prime Pack included an exclusive Omega Point Pathfinder skin and five Apex Packs. Pathfinder Twitch Prime exclusive legendary skin was called Omega Point.

If it is still not showing up in the game skins menu, players need to restart the client. The players who are struggling with this issue can report it on the official forum.

Update July 22

A month ago, Respawn Official stated that they have resolved the issue of missing Pathfinder Twitch Prime Omega Point skin but it seems like the issue is still persisting and affecting a large base of players.

A recent update on this issue suggests that many players are still not finding their Pathfinder purple skin, which was released in collaboration with Twitch Prime. Many complaints regarding this issue have started to proliferate again. Have a look at some complaints below.

In response to these complaints, EA Community Manager, EA_Blueberry has asked players to contact Twitch Support, such that they can investigate why Pathfinder skin is missing on their accounts. His official response states the following:

Hello friends,

If you are missing a Twitch Prime skin please reach out to Twitch Support so they can investigate as to why it is no longer on your account.

Contact Twitch (Amazon) Support if you need help with:

missing Twitch Prime promo content
your Twitch account information
errors and issues when signing up for Twitch Prime
Twitch Prime billing and subscription info.

Well, a player ‘Jesset85’ contacted Twitch Support for the above issue but his problem was not resolved. Instead of resolving this issue, Twitch Support asked him to contact Amazon directly regarding Twitch Prime Loot queries. Twitch support responded to ‘Jesset85’ in the following manner.

“I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with this!

For any assistance regarding Twitch Prime subs, Twitch Prime loot redemptions, or Amazon Prime charges, please direct your inquiries to Amazon directly. While Twitch Prime is activated by connecting your Amazon Prime account to Twitch; any associated content redemptions or charges will be for Amazon Prime, which we are unable to assist you with.

It seems like Twitch Support is tossing on this issue to Amazon Support, but this mix up of responsibility by support staff has left many users hanging with this issue, and they are unsure who will fix it.
