Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Asus recently expanded their ZenFone lineup of devices with ZenFone 6 – a phone that has been well appreciated for its unconventional flip camera design. Software-wise, it is shipped with Android 9.0 Pie and ASUS’ latest skin ZenUI 6 out of the box.

Powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC, the phone comes in three RAM and internal storage configurations, 6GB+64/128GB and 8GB+256GB. The phone is not even a month old, but has been getting quick updates bringing features like Super Night mode on ultra-wide camera, selfie Night mode and more.

The Taiwanese OEM recently completed 30 years of their existence and celebrated the same by announcing a limited edition ZenFone 6 Edition 30 along with other announcements at Computex Taipei 2019. What makes this limited edition device special is its massive RAM/storage configuration.

While the regular ZenFone 6 flagship device is available in 6GB and 64/128GB, and 8GB and 256GB variants, ZenFone 6 Edition 30 will embrace 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Huge, right? Another plus point will be the phone’s 30 months warranty against ZenFone 6’s 12 months period.

Apart from that, while the standard ZenFone 6 comes in two colors, Midnight Black and Twilight Silver, the limited edition ZenFone 6 will be offered in Matte Black shade. As for rest of the device specifications, they will be same as the standard ZenFone 6 model.

So you can expect a 48MP main +13MP ultra-wide camera with a flip mechanism, a bezel-free display, gigantic 5000mAh battery, Snapdragon 855 chipset and Android Pie layered with ZenUI 6. However, the pricing – which is yet to be revealed – will likely be higher that the regular ZenFone 6.

Now that the company has announced a special edition device, as is usually the case, users are excited and curios about the regions in which the phone will be made available considering the company plans to sell only 3,000 units globally.

But now we have at hand an official word at least regarding the phone’s arrival in the Europe market. While reverting back to a user query posted at ZenTalk, a forums admin/moderator recently opened up and confirmed that ZenFone 6 Edition 30 will indeed be arriving in Europe. But there’s no ETA.

Here’s what they said while revealing the information:

ZenFone 6 Edition 30 is planned to reach EU, however we do not have any more information on when at this moment.

And for people in rest of the regions, we’re eyeing on more information, and will sure as and when something relevant catches our sight.
