RingGo confirms issue with its mobile parking service

The service is back up.

Original story follows:

Are you a RingGo user who is clueless as to why you are not able to access the mobile parking service through mobile apps, Web, or even phone? Well, let us tell you that you are not the only one facing this problem.

The company has acknowledged a technical glitch with the service. Here’s what the official Ringo Twitter account said on the matter:

We’re sorry if you’re currently having trouble booking a parking session our technical team are working to fix this as a priority. If you need to park please use our line 0203 046 0010

Of course, this is a big problem for users of the service, who are flocking to social media platforms like Twitter to share their experience.

While it’s good to see RingGo officially acknowledging the issue, we hope they fix it sooner than later. Meanwhile, we are keeping a close eye on the matter, and will let you know in case there are any further news worthy developments.
