@RingGo_parking app not working? So annoying - if I get fined then I hope you can email proof this wasn’t working?— Sali-Wyn Ryan (@saliwynryan) December 4, 2018
Phone line not working. Used another number (02032929230), got through to an automated service but my location (1662) is recognised...— Adam Sykes (@r2dom2) December 4, 2018
@RingGo_parking Not working this morning, in Reading. Website, app and phone systems all crashing out. Not good.— Tim Ferguson (@timjohnferguson) December 4, 2018
Absolutely sick of @RingGo_parking not working!— Stacey Hawkin (@staceylou65) December 4, 2018
I have no cash so can’t pay for parking and RingGo is not working. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 second day on the trot this has happened.
So many replies saying the phone isn't working either, yet you've not updated your guidance to tell us what to do or provide assurances that people won't be fined. Very poor service.— Matt Ambrose (@MattyAmbrose) December 4, 2018
While it’s good to see RingGo officially acknowledging the issue, we hope they fix it sooner than later. Meanwhile, we are keeping a close eye on the matter, and will let you know in case there are any further news worthy developments.
