Are you a RingGo user who is clueless as to why you are not able to access the mobile parking service through mobile apps, Web, or even phone? Well, let us tell you that you are not the only one facing this problem.

This is a big problem for users (1,2,3) of the service, who are flocking to social media platforms like Twitter to share their experience.

The company has acknowledged a technical glitch with the service. Here’s what the official Ringo Twitter account said on the matter:

We’re sorry if you’re currently having trouble booking a parking session our technical team are working to fix this as a priority. If you need to park please use our line 0203 046 0010

While it’s good to see RingGo officially acknowledging the issue, we hope they fix it sooner than later.

That said, we’re keeping tabs on all related developments, and will update this page with relevant info as and when we come across any.

01:30 pm (IST): RingGo app users are reporting an issue where it’s down or not working for them (1,2,3).

06:02 pm (IST): The outage has been resolved.
