YouTube fixing title auto translation and watch hours drop issues
Couple of new issue have been niggling YouTube users for past few days. The company being vocal (as they usually are), has acknowledged the problems, saying they are working to fix the same.
So what are the issues in question?
Auto-translated video titles
Going by user reports, titles of YouTube videos are being automatically translated to Spanish, Hebrew, German or other languages. Here’s a glimpse of some of the complaints on micro-blogging site Twitter:
@TeamYouTube Hi! I wanted to buy access to the series "The Orville" on Youtube, but I saw that all the descriptions were in German (I live in Germany, but have language set to English). I want to watch the English version. Are there any steps I need to take before buying access?

hey @thelindsayellis is it normal that some of your videos are being automatically translated by @TeamYouTube in my language? I do not like this. It also translated the description :/ pic.twitter.com/VpTg7ml41A
