NBA 2K19 Prelude downloads break PlayStation Store
NBA 2K19’s free Prelude demo was made available for download today, and you can gauge its popularity from the development that users of Sony’s PlayStation devices complained about PlayStation Store not working properly while downloading the game.

I am sure this is a temporary situation that has cropped up due to a very large number of users trying to download the demo of the game, full version of which is slated to release on September 11. If you are facing this issue, we suggest you to wait for sometime and then try again.
